CVS Deal Would Make Memory Of Supplement Class Action
CVS Pharmacy Inc. has tentatively settled a false-advertising class action over an algae supplement labeled as "clinically proven" to boost memory, a deal that will provide $4 in cash or a $6.50 voucher to 197,000 people, according to a letter sent to a New York federal judge Monday.
