Nurses Granted Cert. In Dallas Hospital FLSA Suit
A group of nurses claiming Methodist Hospitals of Dallas violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by docking pay for meal breaks that are routinely interrupted have been granted conditional certification that limits the class to employees in three locations, according to an order filed Tuesday by a Texas federal court.
