Feds Try To Block Coinbase From Challenging Summons
The federal government fought back on Wednesday against Coinbase Inc.'s bid to challenge an IRS summons of client information from the virtual currency exchange company, saying in a court filing that Coinbase is statutorily precluded from participating in the summons process for unidentified customers.
