Bankrupt commercial real estate company Xceligent Inc. has agreed to shell out nearly $11 million amid a copyright dispute over information and thousands of photos that it allegedly stole from CoStar Group Inc.'s website for use on its own site.

Commercial real estate information giant CoStar Group Inc. last week asked a Missouri federal court to toss counterclaims for alleged antitrust violations levied against it by rival Xceligent Inc., calling them a distraction from CoStar's accusations of stealing information and photos from its website.

Commercial real estate information giant CoStar Group Inc. accused rival Xceligent Inc. of repeatedly gaining access to its subscription database and stealing photos and information for use on its own site, according to an infringement complaint filed in Missouri federal court Monday.
