Ind. Teachers' Action Over MetLife Options Quashed

Law360, New York (August 07, 2009, 12:54 PM ET) -- A federal judge has thrown out a putative class action brought by a group of Indiana public school teachers alleging that Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. conspired with a subsidiary of the Indiana State Teachers Association to rig retirement options in the insurer's favor.
