Plaintiffs Reload In Cephalon Antitrust Litigation

Law360, New York (August 11, 2009, 7:19 PM ET) -- Plaintiffs in antitrust litigation against Cephalon Inc. have renewed their attack, with the filing of amended complaints in three suits over the pharmaceutical company's alleged conspiracy with generics makers to keep narcolepsy drug Provigil off the market.

Drug plans, wholesalers and Apotex Inc. — left out of Cephalon's alleged payout scheme to other generic-drug makers — all filed amended complaints in their suits against the Cephalon on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
