Sprint Antitrust Action Over Texting Sent Back To Kan.

Law360, New York (August 14, 2009, 1:33 PM ET) -- A federal judge has remanded a lawsuit in the text messaging antitrust multidistrict litigation to state court, citing the fact that the majority of the proposed class in the case against Sprint Nextel Corp. resides in Kansas.
