Hot Fuel MDL Plaintiffs Told To Hand Over Info, Docs

Law360, New York (September 21, 2009, 7:39 PM ET) -- The plaintiffs in multidistrict "hot fuel" litigation against defendants including ConocoPhillips Co. and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. have been ordered to provide more detail on how they intend to identify putative class members, and fork over documents on the fuel efficiency of their vehicles.
