Judge Rules On Sealed Docs In Milk Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (October 05, 2009, 5:48 PM ET) -- An order governing the release of sealed documents will stand now that a magistrate judge has declared moot a motion by The New York Times and National Public Radio seeking the information in a multidistrict lawsuit brought by dairy farmers over alleged anti-competitive practices in the industry.
