Whirlpool Slammed With Another Stinky Washer Suit

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 3:06 PM ET) -- Whirlpool Corp. has been hit with another putative class action accusing the company of breaching a warranty by covering up design defects in Duet washing machines that cause the machines to accumulate mold and mildew, tainting homes and clothes with an unsavory odor.
