Deposition Ordered For Marathon In Hot Fuel MDL

Law360, New York (December 17, 2009, 3:13 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ordered Marathon Petroleum Co. LLC to give a deposition in the multidistrict litigation over motor fuel temperature sales practices, ruling that the previous depositions of two Marathon employees are insufficient for the case.

Magistrate Judge James P. O’Hara of the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas on Wednesday granted a motion by the plaintiffs in the case to compel Marathon to give a deposition as a corporation.
