Pizza Hut Drivers Seek Class Cert. Against Franchisee

Law360, New York (January 06, 2010, 5:23 PM ET) -- A group of Pizza Hut drivers has asked a federal court to certify a class of hundreds of drivers in a lawsuit accusing a franchise of failing to reimburse drivers for driving expenses, effectively pushing their compensation below minimum wage.
