Law360, New York (January 11, 2010, 2:50 PM ET) -- A federal judge has tossed Aetna Inc. and Guardian Life Insurance Co.'s claims against Pfizer Inc. and Warner-Lambert Co. in the multidistrict litigation alleging that Pfizer and Warner-Lambert engaged in a fraudulent, anti-competitive scheme to market their anti-epilepsy drug Neurontin for off-label conditions.
