Law360, New York (February 02, 2010, 3:13 PM ET) -- The magistrate judge overseeing a securities class action alleging Abercrombie & Fitch Co. misled the public about its financial state has ruled that the retailer must turn over a report it commissioned regarding derivative claims against its directors.
In an opinion and order Thursday, Magistrate Judge Terence P. Kemp of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio said he would allow 14 days to pass before the report was unsealed to allow for a bid to reconsider.
