Class Action Over AT&T Internet Contract Kept Alive

Law360, New York (March 08, 2010, 1:10 PM ET) -- A federal judge has found deficient the complaint in a class action accusing AT&T Mobility LLC and Radio Shack Corp. of failing to disclose extra usage charges in an Internet service plan, but has allowed the plaintiff to amend the pleadings.

Judge Timothy DeGiusti of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma on Thursday agreed with the defendants the complaint was not specific enough in its allegations. But the plaintiff, Billie Parks, can amend the suit, the judge said.
