Law360, New York (March 30, 2010, 2:41 PM ET) -- After granting the plaintiffs' request to pare a Fair Labor Standards Act claim from the case, a federal judge has remanded to state court a proposed wage-and-hour class action brought by former and current employees of a Jenny Craig Inc. call center.
Judge Janis L. Sammartino of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California said in an order Monday that the plaintiffs could amend their complaint to eliminate the federal claim against Jenny Craig and Jenny Craig Direct Inc.
