Class Cert. Granted In AT&T Engineers' Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (May 10, 2010, 2:14 PM ET) -- A judge has granted conditional class certification to a group of engineers accusing AT&T Inc.'s Illinois subsidiary of unlawfully denying them overtime pay.

Judge Morton Denlow in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on Thursday sided with the employees of Illinois Bell Telephone Co., giving them 60 days to allow potential class members to opt in.
