Law360, New York (September 02, 2010, 5:04 PM ET) -- Building maintenance and facility services company ABM Industries Inc. has agreed to pay $5.8 million to settle class action claims that 14 male workers and supervisors sexually harassed 21 Hispanic female janitors and raped one, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced Thursday.
