8th Circ. Denies Rehearing In ReliaStar Annuity Spat

Law360, New York (October 07, 2010, 3:27 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has declined to reconsider its decision to deny class certification in a contract suit alleging ReliaStar Life Insurance Co. lied to consumers about interest rates on annuities, dealing what is almost sure to be the case's death blow.
