NYC Strippers Win Initial Cert. In Collective Action

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 5:36 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Wednesday preliminarily certified a collective action brought by strippers who claim that the Penthouse Executive Club, an upscale adult nightclub in Manhattan, failed to pay them minimum wage and overtime and confiscated portions of their tips.
