Claims Trimmed In Cement Price-Fixing Actions

Law360, New York (January 03, 2011, 6:58 PM ET) -- A federal judge has pared down claims in a pair of putative price-fixing class actions against Prestige AB Management Co. LLC and three concrete companies, ruling that purchasers of Florida cement products failed to show plausible evidence of conspiracy among the defendants prior to 2008.
