Blockbuster Woes Continue With FMLA Action

Law360, New York (January 05, 2011, 7:31 PM ET) -- In the midst of trying to buy time for its Chapter 11 reorganization, Blockbuster Inc. has been hit with a putative class action accusing the company of violating the Family and Medical Leave Act.
