Sterilizer Co. To Pay $20M In Medical Device Action

Law360, New York (March 04, 2011, 5:37 PM ET) -- An Ohio federal judge on Thursday preliminarily approved a class action settlement to provide about $20 million to health care providers who purchased a sterilization device that allegedly did not have proper regulatory approval.
