Baxter Pockets Partial Costs In ERISA Win

Law360, New York (March 16, 2011, 7:38 PM ET) -- A federal judge in Illinois tagged the plaintiff in a defeated Employee Retirement Income Security Act class action against Baxter International Inc. with $60,000 in defense costs Wednesday, although the award is a fraction of the requested sum.
