Investor Sounds Siren On $438M Offer For Rural/Metro

Law360, New York (April 08, 2011, 1:52 PM ET) -- An investor filed a class action against Rural/Metro Corp., its board and Warburg Pincus LLC on Delaware on Wednesday, claiming the private equity firm's announced $438 million purchase price for the medical transport provider is too low.
