Conditional Class Cert. Denied In Wal-Mart OT Action

Law360, New York (April 13, 2011, 12:47 PM ET) -- Two former Wal-Mart Stores Inc. employees failed to win conditional certification in a Pennsylvania federal court Monday for a class of more than 5,500 fellow compliance workers in a suit alleging the retailer denied them overtime compensation.
