Law360, New York (May 04, 2011, 7:43 PM ET) -- A Vermont federal judge on Wednesday approved a $30 million settlement in an antitrust suit brought by a class of dairy farmers against Dean Foods Co., saying the parties had dealt with concerns the remaining defendants raised.
