GSK Denied Quick Win In Flonase Antitrust Cases

Law360, New York (June 02, 2011, 7:44 PM ET) -- GlaxoSmithKline PLC on Thursday lost a bid for summary judgment in three antitrust cases pending in Pennsylvania that allege the company delayed sales of a generic version of Flonase by filing baseless petitions with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
