O'Melveny Harassment Claims Sent To Arbitration

Law360, New York (July 21, 2011, 7:50 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Thursday sent to arbitration the individual claims of a former O'Melveny & Myers LLP secretary who alleges sexual harassment, and stayed her putative class claims that aggrieved firm employees were forced into arbitration under an unenforceable contract.
