Law360, New York (July 29, 2011, 6:23 PM ET) -- Personal trainers and sales counselors of 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc. hit the gym chain with two putative class actions in Florida on Friday, alleging they were never paid overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
