Gaspari To Settle Supplement Class Action For $1M

Law360, New York (August 10, 2011, 12:52 PM ET) -- Gaspari Nutrition Inc. on Tuesday agreed to pay $1 million to settle a proposed class action in California accusing it of marketing its Novedex XT product as a dietary supplement even though it contained an illegal nondietary ingredient.
