Law360, Chicago (August 16, 2011, 7:53 PM ET) -- A Florida federal judge on Tuesday decided not to remand suits brought against Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Co. in multidistrict litigation over whether zinc in denture creams made by P&G and GlaxoSmithKline PLC caused neurological problems.
U.S. District Judge Cecilia M. Altonaga denied motions from several plaintiffs to remand their suits against P&G. Most of those motions were filed following P&G's successful bid in June to strike the plaintiffs' general causation expert testimony in one of the MDL's suits.
