Law360, New York (August 19, 2011, 3:47 PM ET) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation determined Thursday that a series of lawsuits accusing The Dial Corp. of misleading consumers by making unsubstantiated claims about its cleansing products should be heard in New Hampshire federal court.
