Dukes Doesn't Doom Tyson Don-Doff Class: Judge

Law360, New York (August 29, 2011, 2:06 PM ET) -- An Iowa federal judge on Thursday rejected Tyson Foods Inc.'s bid to decertify a class of employees bringing state law wage claims in light of the Supreme Court's recent ruling in Wal-Mart v. Dukes, finding the decision inapplicable.
