Law360, New York (September 02, 2011, 5:11 PM ET) -- Sharp Corp. on Friday said indirect purchasers' claims against Japanese companies in a California multidistrict litigation alleging a price-fixing conspiracy for thin film transistor liquid crystal display panels should be nixed because they didn't participate in the alleged cartel.
