Law360, New York (September 08, 2011, 3:05 PM ET) -- A Philadelphia federal judge rejected a $1.75 million settlement between 1,300 bus drivers and the city's regional transport system Tuesday, scuttling a deal to end drivers' off-the-clock pay class action because of a dispute over the release of legal claims.
