Tyson Workers Win $3M Jury Verdict In Don-Doff Suit

Law360, New York (September 26, 2011, 9:51 PM ET) -- An Iowa federal jury on Monday awarded $2.89 million to a class of Tyson Foods Inc. employees in a dispute over whether the poultry production company failed to compensate workers for time spent putting on and taking off protective gear.
