Qwest Strikes Deal In Call Center Workers' FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (November 04, 2011, 7:19 PM ET) -- Qwest Corp. and a class of call center workers have reached a tentative settlement in a Minnesota suit claiming the company didn't pay its employees for time spent booting up and shutting down computers, the parties said Friday.
