Boston Cabbies Rev Up Misclassification Action

Law360, New York (March 07, 2012, 1:24 PM ET) -- A pair of Boston cab drivers on Tuesday slapped the city and several fleet operators with a putative class action on Tuesday, alleging they were misclassified as independent contractors rather than employees and therefore denied minimum wage and overtime pay.
