Law360, Chicago (April 18, 2012, 1:25 PM ET) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Tuesday declined to centralize in Maine three lawsuits alleging Fairbank Reconstruction Corp. and Greater Omaha Packing Co.
