Jury Sides With Tyson Foods In Don-Doff Pay Suit

Law360, New York (April 25, 2012, 7:15 PM ET) -- An Iowa federal jury on Wednesday returned a verdict in favor of Tyson Foods Inc. in a class action alleging the meat processor did not pay employees for time spent donning and doffing clothing and personal protective gear and other required tasks.
