Law360, New York (May 01, 2012, 5:58 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Friday named two pension funds as lead plaintiffs in a putative securities class action against Netflix Inc. and approved Labaton Sucharow LLP as lead counsel for the suit, which alleges the home video provider violated federal securities laws.
