Live Nation Ticket Scalping Suit Goes Forward

Law360, New York (May 07, 2012, 8:35 PM ET) -- A Maryland federal judge refused Monday to toss a putative class action alleging Live Nation Entertainment Inc. imposed illegal service charges on tickets and paid kickbacks to a Baltimore venue, ruling that a state appeals court must weigh in first on central issues in the case.
