Law360, New York (May 15, 2012, 5:29 PM ET) -- Hogan Lovells has added former Sedgwick LLP insurance litigator Vanessa Wells to its Silicon Valley office, where she will continue working on class actions that involve pricing, as well as rate cases before the California Department of Insurance, the firm announced Tuesday.
Wells will join as a partner in the firm’s litigation, arbitration and employment practice. She has focused much of her career on representing insurance companies in complex litigation including pricing issues, business regulation matters, and unfair competition disputes, the firm said.
