Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 5:25 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Thursday signed off on a $7 million settlement between an Oakland, Calif.-based public transit authority and nearly 1,400 bus drivers targeting the agency in a collective action seeking overtime wages for hours they had to travel outside of passenger runs.
