Law360, Los Angeles (June 21, 2012, 4:11 PM ET) -- A California federal judge on Thursday lifted a stay on multidistrict litigation against automotive lighting manufacturer Eagle Eyes Traffic Industrial Co. Ltd., saying plaintiffs would be harmed by further delays related to a parallel criminal case over the company's alleged participation in a massive price-fixing conspiracy.
