Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 10:31 PM ET) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Monday said United Road Towing Inc. has agreed to settle the agency's disability discrimination claims, resolving a case an Illinois judge previously had refused to dismiss in a ruling the agency said validated its investigation tactics.
