Law360, New York (June 26, 2012, 10:27 PM ET) -- A New Jersey federal jury on Tuesday awarded nearly $30 million to former Ford Motor Co. truck dealer plaintiffs alleging Ford breached various contracts by cutting off truck supplies when it sold its heavy-duty truck business.
The jury awarded $29.6 million in damages to 11 truck dealers who say they lost money when Ford sold its heavy truck business to Freightliner/Sterling for $300 million in 1997.
