Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 1:02 PM ET) -- A key U.S. House of Representatives committee on Wednesday approved a bill that would eliminate what supporters call frivolous lawsuits by repealing a requirement that ATMs have both a placard informing consumers about transaction fees and a warning on the machine's video screen.
