Best Buy Settles, Promising Clearer Price-Match Policy

Law360, New York (June 27, 2012, 4:43 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge signed off on a settlement Wednesday between Best Buy Stores LP and a class of consumers that had accused the retail giant of consistently failing to honor its guarantee to match competitors' prices.
